About the role
- Prospect new companies and generate business opportunities.
- Conduct active prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Use social media to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule and lead online meetings with decision-makers.
- Present commercial proposals for Recruitment & Selection (R&S) services.
- Follow up with clients, generate referrals, and identify new demands.
- Keep CRM up to date.
- Work alongside the R&S team to ensure deliveries and results.
Requirements
- Communicative, persuasive, and results-oriented profile.
- Experience in B2B sales (consulting, HR, marketing, or similar).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and sales tools.
- Organized, with experience managing a portfolio and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration/tax number) required for service contracting.
