About the role
- Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes;
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms (ATS) and professional networks;
- Conduct competency-based interviews;
- Prepare candidate evaluations and support hiring decision-making;
- Maintain organization and tracking of ongoing processes;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (consultancy experience is a plus);
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, and others);
- Experience with competency-based interviews;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, able to prioritize, with an analytical mindset;
