About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Align candidate profiles with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (consulting experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, among others).
  • Experience with competency-based interviews.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, a sense of priorities, and an analytical mindset.
