About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Align candidate profiles with clients.
- Advertise job openings on recruitment platforms and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.
- Prepare candidate assessments and support decision-making.
- Maintain organization and tracking of ongoing processes.
- Act as a consultative partner to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (consulting experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, among others).
- Experience with competency-based interviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, a sense of priorities, and an analytical mindset.
