Requirements
- Must reside in Videira
- Completed higher education, or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, People Management, or related fields
- Previous experience as an HR generalist
- Knowledge of labor legislation (employment law)
- Familiarity with selection processes, training, employee engagement surveys, HR initiatives, feedback, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proactive, responsible, with strong professional ethics
