About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies;
- Perform active candidate sourcing for strategic and specialized roles;
- Manage the talent pool and maintain ongoing communication with candidates;
- Prepare reports and evaluations on assessed candidates.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in HR consultancies;
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, among others);
- Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews and administering behavioral assessments/tests;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Active CNPJ (legal entity) to provide services as an independent contractor;
- Availability to work 100% remotely.
