About the role
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop talent sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates for strategic and specialized positions.
- Manage the talent pool/database and maintain active contact with candidates.
- Prepare reports and evaluations on candidates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in HR consultancies.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.).
- Skill in conducting competency-based interviews and administering behavioral assessments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Active CNPJ for providing services as an independent contractor.
- Availability to work remotely.
