About the role
- Provide crisis assessment and referrals for individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders
- Offer crisis stabilization and emergency care in Behavioral Health Urgent Care for mental health or substance use/addiction crisis
- Provide assessments, care and treatments while adhering to RHA's standards of care
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing high level of patient care
- Triage and complete crisis assessments
- Provide clinical recommendations and case management
- Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution focused approach
- Conduct IVC First evaluations
- Ensure the safety and well being of each patient and support maintenance of therapeutic environment
Requirements
- LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required
- Crisis experience required
- Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
- Drug testing
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
- Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
