Provide crisis assessment and referrals for individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders
Offer crisis stabilization and emergency care in Behavioral Health Urgent Care for mental health or substance use/addiction crisis
Provide assessments, care and treatments while adhering to RHA's standards of care
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing high level of patient care
Triage and complete crisis assessments
Provide clinical recommendations and case management
Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution focused approach
Conduct IVC First evaluations
Ensure the safety and well being of each patient and support maintenance of therapeutic environment
Requirements
LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required
Crisis experience required
Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
Drug testing
Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
Proof of employment history or references (if required)
Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
