💰 $75,000 - $83,000 per year
About the role
- Provide individual therapy sessions using approved EHR telehealth software
- Conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with quality standards
- Ensure client confidentiality and deliver care that meets HRSA and Joint Commission quality metrics
- Complete utilization reviews, chart audits, and peer reviews
- Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff and interns
- Review productivity reports, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies
- Ensure client check-ins are completed as part of the billing process
- Submit written and verbal performance updates to the Behavioral Health Clinical Manager
- Assist in marketing behavioral health services to the community and human service providers
- Attend required meetings and trainings; participate in special events and occasional weekend/evening assignments
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- High-speed internet and private home office space required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
