About the role
- Provides oversight and supervision to the Clinical program functions in ICF/IDD facilities.
- Ensures that the Person-Centered Planning process is implemented per company, state and federal guidelines by mentoring, training, guiding and overseeing the tasks and duties assigned to the Qualified Professionals at each ICF location.
- Assists the ICF locations with ensuring the Qualified Professional tasks are completed when a QP position is vacant.
- Provides ongoing training for new and existing Qualified Professionals.
- Works in collaboration with Quality Assurance, the Unit Administrator and the Director of Operations to ensure identified outcomes are met.
Requirements
- Requires a four-year degree in a Human Services field
- Prior QP work experience of at least two years
- Proven track record of quality
- Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background check, name check in the registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
- Drug testing
- Education verification
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
- Positions that require driving: proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, if required for providing transportation for individuals
