About the role
- Delivering outstanding customer service; including client queries and ad-hoc analysis requests ensuring they are provided to the client on time/in accordance with SLAs, to the expected standard and without error
- Maintaining deep understanding of the client’s strategic priorities, NPS performance and drivers
- Working on the establishment of new reports including interpretation of client requirements and communication to internal teams for production
- Advancing the depth and actionability of insight provided to the client
- Producing adhoc outputs end-to-end; including client briefing & consultation, solution scoping, analysis planning, data production, insight and report generation.
- Supporting internal teams in the enhancement of production, QA processes and output including through automated production techniques and use of AI
- Contributing to the identification of opportunities to improve the way the client is serviced and to enhance client value
- Identifying and implementing innovative research approaches and methodologies
- Cascading subject matter expertise through the account team and broader business
- Coaching and development of team members ensuring they are engaged and fulfilled in their careers at RFI.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a research agency environment or research role
- Experience working with banks / financial services providers
- Experience of using data/research software such as SPSS and Q
- An ability to focus on client service above all else
- Experience of using data and research to deliver customer insights
- Experience managing primary research from the design stage through delivery
- Experience presenting research and insights to clients at a senior management level
- A desire to work on your own in a fast-moving environment, with an entrepreneurial focus
- The ability to lead, engage and drive a high performing team
- The ability to work and communicate effectively
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- The ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
