About the role
- Rezolut is a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services focused on patient care and innovative technology
- Work with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including pre-employment screenings and employee onboarding
- Coordinate and implement employee onboarding and update HRIS systems
- Create job requisitions and post to job boards; prepare and extend offer letters
- Provide monthly and YTD recruiting reports and facilitate pre-employment clearances
- Manage hiring mailbox and respond to emails within 48 hours; complete employment verification
- Submit variable pay tracking for bonus-eligible new hires and assist with ADP registration/troubleshooting
- Manage onboarding documents, attend weekly recruiting calls, create job descriptions, and follow-up with candidates to complete pre-employment items
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Prior recruiting experience
- Experience with ADP a plus
- High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications
