Sales

• Identify and prospect new leads within hospitals, FQHC’s, IPA’s or health centers.
• Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the clinical and economic benefits of mobile imaging.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and department managers.
• Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage forecasts, and document all sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and reimbursement changes to effectively position our services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold call to closing service agreements and renewing existing contracts.

Sales Specialist

• Coordinate the sales team and assist with recruiting and training new hires.
• Provide product demonstrations to staff and clients and take the lead in resolving complaints.
• Analyze sales team performance and schedule training/refresher sessions accordingly.
• Conduct market research and share findings with the team.
• Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
• Set sales targets and implement incentives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources so targets are met.
• Manage a network of vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in marketing.
