About the role

  • You lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for mid-sized clients
  • You analyze business processes, identify optimizations and translate requirements into well-designed ERP solutions
  • You configure reybex Cloud ERP in the areas of Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Production or E‑Commerce (depending on your focus)
  • You conduct workshops, training sessions and consulting—both remotely and on-site
  • You act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and guide customers through their digital transformation
  • You work closely with product development, support and project management
  • You ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable system adoption
  • You support go-lives, hypercare phases and ongoing process improvements
  • Optional: You contribute your expertise to our product management to help further develop reybex

Requirements

  • Several years of experience implementing or consulting on an ERP system (cloud or on-premise)
  • Strong process knowledge in at least two areas: Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics, Production, E‑Commerce or Order Management
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization, process design and client-focused consulting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel (moderate, project-dependent)
  • Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
