About the role

  • You lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for medium-sized clients
  • You analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into clean ERP solutions
  • You configure reybex Cloud ERP in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Production, or E‑Commerce (depending on focus)
  • You run workshops, training sessions, and advisory meetings — both remotely and on-site
  • You act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and guide clients through digital transformation
  • You work closely with product development, support, and project management
  • You ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable system usage
  • You support go-lives, hypercare phases, and continuous process improvement
  • Optional: You contribute your expertise to our product management to help further develop reybex

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in implementing or consulting on an ERP system (cloud or on-premise)
  • Strong process knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Finance, Procurement, Inventory/Logistics, Production, E‑Commerce, or Order Management
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization, process design, and customer-focused consulting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel (moderate, project-dependent)
  • Fluent in German; English skills are a plus
