Partner with the Technology team and business stakeholders to support data connectivity between HR Systems and 3rd Party applications.
Support development of Rex360, a one stop shop for Rexford’s property and portfolio data
Collaborate with the Technology team to prototype Copilot enabled AI agents that interact with data models and dashboards to enhance insight delivery
Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using SQL and DAX
Support analytics, reporting, and data automation initiatives across the organization
Assist with documenting data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support broader adoption and reuse

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong interest in data analytics, Power BI, and DAX, Power Apps
Familiarity with SQL (Azure SQL / TSQL preferred)
Familiarity with developing against Rest APIs
Understanding of AI concepts and tools, ideally Microsoft Copilot
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical team
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship.
