About the role
- Provide on-site commissioning and start-up support.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, and upgrades of REXA actuators.
- Provide timely support by phone or email when required.
- Represent REXA professionally while working directly with customers and end-users.
- Complete detailed site service and expense reports within 10 days of job completion.
- Maintain accurate customer service records in REXA’s ERP system.
- Prepare analysis reports to assist the Quality team in identifying root causes of failures.
- Monitor service trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Travel domestically and internationally on short notice, sometimes for extended durations.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, providing 24-hour support during assigned duty months (typically two per year).
Requirements
- Certificate in Instrumentation & Electrical Technology or equivalent technical training/experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial process, field service, or related technical field
- Proven experience troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical components
