Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own and drive the company’s financial strategy and budget
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board
• Oversee FP&A, accounting and cash management
• Implement and maintain systems and processes for scalability
• Ensure financial discipline, cost controls and efficiency across departments
• Partner with the CEO and investors on capital raises
• Build relationships with banks, investors and financial partners
• Lead due diligence processes
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team
• Champion a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement
• Manage teams responsible for FP&A, Accounting and Human Resources
• Assist the CEO with key projects
