About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the company’s financial strategy and budget
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board
- Oversee FP&A, accounting and cash management
- Implement and maintain systems and processes for scalability
- Ensure financial discipline, cost controls and efficiency across departments
- Partner with the CEO and investors on capital raises
- Build relationships with banks, investors and financial partners
- Lead due diligence processes
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement
- Manage teams responsible for FP&A, Accounting and Human Resources
- Assist the CEO with key projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including NDR, CAC and payback period
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations and M&A transactions
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP and revenue recognition
- Familiarity with ERP and financial systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- MBA strongly preferred
