About the role
- Manage bookkeeping activities including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Maintain organized financial records and prepare accurate reports for management review.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with payroll processing and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial operations and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide support during audits by preparing required financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Reliability and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
