About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the ATS/database with accurate candidate information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on progress to management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience sourcing and interviewing candidates across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and job market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining performance targets.
- Relevant HR or recruitment certification (advantageous).
