About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates and promote the ReWorks Solutions employer brand.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Utilize various talent sourcing tools, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve hiring practices and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience using Teams/Indeed/Clickup
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to finding innovative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
