Advance Revvity’s product & solutions leadership by designing and executing effective campaigns in Reproductive Health and Immunodiagnostics.
Implement marketing strategies to engage target audiences, strengthen brand visibility, and foster preference for Revvity’s products and services.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign development and position Revvity as a global leader in prenatal health, newborn screening, and in the immunodiagnostics field.
Interlock with upstream marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategy, priorities, adjusting to changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
Work with Upstream and Regional Marketing teams to deploy digital campaigns.
Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams to incorporate sales feedback regarding target personas, content quality, and channel selection.
Execute global campaigns for inbound and outbound marketing to drive product awareness and foster scientific education.
Lead global campaign deployment New Product Introductions in collaboration with upstream marketing guidance.
Deploy evergreen campaigns to increase customer engagement with products, services and eCommerce.
Create remarketing plans to reach key customers with personalized content through ABM.
Ensure MAPSS approval for any new and/or updated content.
Champion the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives in reproductive health and immunodiagnostics, leveraging integrated, cross-channel marketing strategies to position the brand at the forefront of innovation and industry influence.
Evaluate and select 3rd party media plans for global campaign deployment to increase customer readership and engagement.
Work with upstream marketing to launch global SEM/email campaigns that boost product/solution awareness.
Collaborate with social media and creative teams to implement campaigns focused on product education and disease awareness.
Rigorous monitoring of budget for campaign programming, optimization and investments to maximize customer engagement and revenue generation.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, sales pipeline and revenue generation across promotional channels, against defined metrics.
Communicate engagement and impact metrics through monthly operational mechanisms informing both upstream and downstream stakeholders.
Requirements
BSc degree in marketing and/or Biosciences or Healthcare field
8+ years of marketing experience with global campaign management and deployment
Strong relationship building skills, with ability to influence remote groups across global geographies
Open to change and new information; adapt behavior and work methods in response to new information and changing conditions.
Knowledge of Marketing CRM, ABM, SFDC, Power BI and project management platforms
English Business Fluent
MBA or advanced degree in marketing and/or the Biosciences field
Proven track record in communications, marketing and launching new products and campaigns
Team player and leadership skills coaching and mentoring team members
Cross functional team experience in a matrix organization
Innovative mindset to drive new ideas to engage and educate customers
Embraces global citizenship, diversity, equity and inclusion
