About the role
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping across global finance teams, IT organizations, and executive leadership.
- Lead discovery sessions with finance domain experts to identify high-impact AI automation opportunities.
- Establish sprint cadence and delivery frameworks with AI developers, Boomi integration specialists, and SAP technical teams.
- Create initial product roadmap prioritizing business-critical finance processes with measurable ROI potential.
- Own end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for complex AI-driven finance automation workflows.
- Lead cross-functional sprint planning sessions, ensuring alignment between AI development, integration work, and business priorities.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to translate finance pain points into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead regular demo sessions and feedback loops with finance stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.
- Own delivery of first major AI finance automation product release, demonstrating measurable business impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of enterprise product management or business analysis experience.
- Skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and agile product development methodologies.
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage product roadmaps.
- Understanding of AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and enterprise implementation considerations.
- Familiarity with data architecture, ETL processes, and real-time analytics platforms.
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to C-suite executives and technical teams.
