Coordinate with partners and be responsible for developing the revenue strategy through go-to-market segmentation & operational improvements.
Build, execute, and lead operational improvements that help partners optimize their go-to-market segmentation, operations, and numerous business improvement initiatives.
Analyze existing data and map out partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays.
Lead partners in developing and delivering Go-to-Market strategies with excellent project management & timely execution.
Drive organizational change management- engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies OR Minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management)
Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays
You can take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution.
Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies on a plate.
Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward
