Provide support in scheduling and coordinating email, SMS, and TikTok shop campaigns
Contribute to loyalty program initiatives by assisting in the revamp of the loyalty email series, enhancing customer engagement and retention
Assist in compiling and analyzing email performance reports, as well as preparing detailed weekly presentation decks
Identify issues and inefficiencies within various triggered email series and implement design improvements or AB tests

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
Basic understanding of retention marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis
Prior internship or coursework in digital or email marketing (preferred)
Experience in email marketing platforms and Tableau (preferred)
HTML knowledge (a plus)
