Requirements

Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school as a 2L, expecting to graduate in Spring 2025
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Have working knowledge of intellectual property laws, digital advertising laws, securities laws and/or e-commerce laws
Prior work experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to practical situations
Excited to work as part of a tight-knit team, including in-person collaboration a minimum of 2 days per week
