About the role
- Administer Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server systems in on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring availability, security and performance.
- Manage virtualization environments (KVM, Hyper-V, VMware or Proxmox), performing configuration, maintenance and scaling of resources as required.
- Implement and maintain Docker containers, supporting development teams in creating and sustaining application environments.
- Administer cloud environments in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, including backup routines, system updates, access control and performance monitoring.
- Configure and use monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana to ensure infrastructure visibility and stability.
- Provide technical support and handle infrastructure and IT tickets for all companies in the group, identifying and resolving incidents promptly.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware, network assets and communication systems to ensure continuous service operation.
- Use remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and others) to address and resolve technical requests.
- Operate collaboration and ticketing tools such as Fortinet, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and GLPI, contributing to communication and traceability of actions.
- Support information security initiatives by applying best practices for data protection, access control and basic incident response.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures, ensuring standardization and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of hardware, Linux and Docker.
- Experience administering Microsoft and Linux servers, preferably in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to users and various business areas.
