About the role
- Execution Leadership: Lead the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for strategic and technical roles.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with founders and leadership to calibrate profiles, understand business challenges, and translate them into attraction strategies.
- Active Hunting: Map and proactively approach passive high-performance talent, ensuring a pipeline of A-Players.
- Process Building: Design, measure, and optimize the recruitment funnel to elevate candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- Brand Ambassador: Serve as the company’s voice in the market, articulating our employer value proposition (EVP) in a technical and inspiring way.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in Tech Recruiting or Talent Acquisition within high-growth environments (startups/fintechs).
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the fundamentals of credit operations and the context of a financial infrastructure platform.
- Builder Mindset: Someone who doesn’t wait for processes to be ready, but enjoys creating methods, metrics, and raising the bar.
- Performance Focus: Experience recruiting in demanding environments where talent quality is non-negotiable.
- Influence and Communication: Fully comfortable interacting with senior developers and executive leadership/founders.
- Fluent English.
