About the role

  • Managing sales opportunities: Receive qualified leads and drive the sales process through online meetings, performing needs diagnosis, presenting the solution, and building the value proposition.
  • Sales funnel management: Take ownership of qualified opportunities and manage the sales process through to close, including diagnosis, product demonstrations, commercial proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Customer relationship management: Identify decision-makers and influencers within accounts, build trusting relationships throughout the sales process, and act consultatively to understand the customer's context and needs.
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Product: Share feedback from customer conversations and market insights with internal teams, contributing to the refinement of sales messaging and the product.
  • Disciplined execution: Keep the CRM up to date, record interactions, track funnel metrics, and ensure opportunity organization and predictable results.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Inside Sales representative, Closer, or Sales Executive, working in consultative B2B sales.
  • Experience conducting online sales meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to lead strategic conversations with clients.
  • Results-oriented profile with organization to work with targets, pipeline management, and sales predictability.
  • Autonomy, organization, and strong self-management skills in daily work.
  • Nice to have: Experience selling to real estate agencies, developers, construction companies, or within the real estate market.
  • Experience in startups, SaaS, tech, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot.
