About the role
- Lead, develop and engage operational teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Establish management routines, monitoring rituals, goals and KPIs from the outset.
- Develop talent with a focus on autonomy, accountability and high performance.
- Serve as a cultural reference, promoting collaboration, continuous learning and a sense of ownership.
- Create, document and evolve operational processes from scratch with a focus on scalability.
- Quickly identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure balance between speed, quality and customer experience.
- Support strategic decisions related to growth, organizational structure and operational capacity.
- Map processes suitable for automation and prioritize efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to implement automations (e.g.: CRM, workflows, RPA, no-code tools).
- Ensure adoption of implemented solutions and measure impact on cost, time and quality.
- Use data and dashboards to guide decisions and rapid adjustments.
- Manage relationships with strategic and highly complex clients.
- Act as the focal point for critical requests, escalations and customer retention.
- Translate customer feedback and needs into product and operational improvements.
- Maintain a high level of service even during periods of accelerated growth.
- Coordinate operations involving high volumes, multiple stakeholders or a high degree of customization.
- Anticipate operational risks and propose agile, preventive solutions.
- Lead strategic meetings with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Technology or related fields).
- Previous experience coordinating operations, preferably in startups, BPOs, or high-growth companies.
- Strong background in people management and team building.
- Experience with B2B clients or high-complexity operations.
- Analytical profile, data- and KPI-driven.
- Ability to work in environments of uncertainty and constant change.
- Differentials: experience with process automation, no-code/low-code tools or RPA.
- Experience in scale-up or rapid growth environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Experience working closely with product and technology teams.
