About the role

  • Plan, execute and optimize paid media and performance strategies, focusing on measurable short-term results.
  • Manage the performance agency, ensuring strategic alignment, monitoring metrics and delivering results.
  • Work in an integrated way with the in-house designer, coordinating creative requests.
  • Propose, test and structure new acquisition channels, such as industry events, strategic partnerships (e.g., accounting firms) and non-paid channels.
  • Analyze metrics, generate insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute strategic marketing vision, connecting acquisition, product and business objectives.
  • Execute the defined strategies, working hands-on in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in performance marketing and paid media.
  • Experience in other marketing areas such as growth, events, partnerships or branding.
  • Knowledge of copywriting.
  • Experience with B2B.
  • Strategic profile with business understanding and a product mindset.
  • Ability to plan and implement strategies.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with agencies, the internal team and stakeholders.
