Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer needs across legal workflows such as litigation support, depositions, investigations, case preparation, and document review, and recommend technical solutions.
• Deliver engaging demos that show how our platform supports transcript management, search, collaboration, and AI-powered insights within legal case workflows.
• Lead technical onboarding sessions with new customers — from first setup to successful launch — ensuring Rev integrates seamlessly into their existing legal tech stack (e.g., case management systems, document repositories, and internal review processes).
• Ensure successful activation and early value within the first 60 days by guiding customers through tutorials, technical trainings, workflow configuration, and ongoing check-ins — particularly around how legal teams capture, analyze, and collaborate on transcripts and evidence.
• Build custom templates and workflows that help customers get more value from their data and streamline legal review and research processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to share feedback from legal users and help shape features that better serve the legal market.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and internal playbooks focused on legal use cases and best practices.
• Train internal teams (Sales, Support, etc.) on legal-specific workflows, technical features, best practices, and product updates.
• Support special projects across departments — from testing new AI features to refining onboarding processes tailored to legal teams.
• Be a friendly, reliable go-to partner for both customers and teammates.

Solutions Engineer, Legal

Performance Marketing

• Own end-to-end paid search strategy across Google Ads and Bing
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization across Rev’s product lines
• Develop and test compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page strategy to drive conversion
• Actively manage bids, budgets, targeting, and structure to maximize efficiency and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS goals
• Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnel experiences
• Partner closely with Analytics to define attribution models and reporting frameworks

• Own and evolve Rev’s brand voice and messaging
• Build messaging frameworks that scale across products, audiences, and channels

• Develop and manage a master editorial content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of content across various digital channels
• Write and iterate on creative test campaigns across paid search, social, video, and remarketing

• Support webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences with compelling messaging

• Own the introduction of new products to Rev’s current customers, activate them on those new products, educate them to integrate these into their workflows, and ensure they get value out of Rev’s suite of products
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with champions and executive sponsors through regular check-ins, health reviews, and business reviews
• Lead customer onboarding and change management efforts to drive adoption, align product use with business goals, and deliver clear time-to-first value
• Proactively encourage deeper product engagement to maximize ROI and activate customer accounts
• Deliver tailored platform demos that highlight relevant use cases and business value
• Monitor client health, usage trends, and product adoption to identify and address risks of churn or downgrade
