About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
- Establish and operationalize the core metrics that drive company performance
- Ensure every team understands the KPIs tied to company growth and success
- Translate company goals into measurable outcomes across business units
- Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and growth
- Own company forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning
- Guide investment decisions and resource allocation
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team
- Help leaders across the company align around shared metrics and priorities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities to improve business performance
- Ensure financial insights translate into actionable business decisions
- Help teams adopt a disciplined approach to performance measurement
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy
- Experience working closely with executive leadership teams
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or similar analytical environments
- Experience partnering with multiple business units in a high-growth company
- SaaS or technology company experience preferred
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Strong ability to influence leaders across departments
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
