About the role
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
- Collect patient info and deliver messages to medical staff confidentially.
- Handle special tasks like transfers, callbacks, and interruptions.
- Meet department performance standards (we'll help you achieve them!).
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Quick learner, comfortable with software systems.
- Strong typing, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous medical experience is a plus but not required- we provide training!
