Product Manager

• Lead and support the Product Owner team through regular one‑to‑one and team meetings, building confidence, ownership, and delivery maturity
• Apply and promote agile principles and effective product ownership practices within Product Management and across Revenera
• Track individual and team progress against goals, supporting both delivery outcomes and professional growth
• Own the quality of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while actively coaching Product Owners on backlog management and stakeholder collaboration
• Guide roadmap elaboration to achieve clarity of scope, effort, and value, enabling informed prioritisation and trade‑off decisions
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, escalating effectively when required
• Support Product Management with customer insight, research, and structured feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a trusted product representative to engineering, leadership, and support teams
• Participate in customer interactions, particularly for validating new functionality and understanding enhancement or defect trends

• Build end-to-end AI/ML/Agentic-AI solution — from ideation, research, and experimentation to deployment and monitoring in production
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies in coordination with product and engineering leads
• Translate business and technical requirements into ML roadmap, architecture, and actionable workstreams
• Drive adoption of MLOps best practices and champion operational excellence for ML infrastructure
• Build and deploy models for cloud workload prediction, resource optimization, and intelligent automation
• Integrate GenAI, LLM-based and Agentic AI solutions into customer-facing products and internal systems
• Communicate ML strategy, progress, and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
