Product Manager

• Lead and support the Product Owner team through regular one‑to‑one and team meetings, building confidence, ownership, and delivery maturity
• Apply and promote agile principles and effective product ownership practices within Product Management and across Revenera
• Track individual and team progress against goals, supporting both delivery outcomes and professional growth
• Own the quality of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while actively coaching Product Owners on backlog management and stakeholder collaboration
• Guide roadmap elaboration to achieve clarity of scope, effort, and value, enabling informed prioritisation and trade‑off decisions
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, escalating effectively when required
• Support Product Management with customer insight, research, and structured feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a trusted product representative to engineering, leadership, and support teams
• Participate in customer interactions, particularly for validating new functionality and understanding enhancement or defect trends

Machine Learning Engineer

• Build end-to-end AI/ML/Agentic-AI solution — from ideation, research, and experimentation to deployment and monitoring in production
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies in coordination with product and engineering leads
• Translate business and technical requirements into ML roadmap, architecture, and actionable workstreams
• Drive adoption of MLOps best practices and champion operational excellence for ML infrastructure
• Build and deploy models for cloud workload prediction, resource optimization, and intelligent automation
• Integrate GenAI, LLM-based and Agentic AI solutions into customer-facing products and internal systems
• Communicate ML strategy, progress, and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Support Engineer

• Verify support agreements
• Create and update support cases/service requests
• Provide support assistance on specific Revenera Software products
• Accept service requests which were not resolvable by the 1st tier team
• Replicate customer issues in-house, regardless of OS
• Own and resolve support inquiries of medium to high level complexity
• Provide timely responses and regular updates on support cases
• Transition issues to the Engineering team for further investigation when the case is unable to be solved within the specified guidelines
• Contribute to the knowledge base and actively use the existing documents in the resolution of support cases
• Properly document support inquiries using the CRM system
• Provide mentorship and training to Technical Support Engineers as needed
• Proactively keep management informed of critical customer issues/concerns

• Design, implement, review and automation
• Participate in reviews of code, design and requirement specifications to ensure feasibility
• Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development
• Improve team's technical capabilities and establish best practices for software development or test with the respective domain
• Share the experience and ideas towards performance improvement on multi-server environments

Staff Software Engineer

Billing Specialist

• Handling billing activities i.e. mainly Consumption based billing
• Handling Usage Based billings i.e. Direct & AWS/Azure Marketplace billing
• Generating Invoices and sending it to clients
• Validating every PO’s or Ordering documents w.r.t amount, account, address, currency etc.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities
• Handling AR email box for resolving queries
• Handling Credit Memo and Rebill request
• Perform daily analysis, review exception reports
