Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions
Adhere to data governance guidelines in all BI development activities
Create clear, standardized documentation for dashboards, data models, and reporting processes
Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and self-service capabilities
Work with IT and data teams to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data connections
Stay current with Power BI updates and BI best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in data-related roles (BI, analytics, data engineering, or similar)
3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development
Building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Creating and optimizing DAX measures and queries
Designing data models for reporting
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with business teams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with data governance concepts
Ability to create clear, standardized documentation for BI solutions
Proven experience in developing and delivering training for business users on Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics
