About the role
- Own campaign organization and distribution for all in-season initiatives, including supplemental tools, and maintain the campaign code database.
- Coordinate with sales management and dealer experience teams to identify and deliver essential sales tools for global teams.
- Manage sales agency updates —including account assignments, rep lists, commission details, and contract terms—within internal systems.
- Build and maintain sales tools required across global sales teams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
- Support MAP break communications and notifications in partnership with sales management and eCommerce teams.
- Provide daily operational support to sales managers and representatives, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure seasonal readiness of B2B sites and in-season campaigns to enable smooth execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales operations readiness and accountability across the organization.
- Assist with dealer setup forms, ensuring accurate item and product information for all brands.
- Maintain key account agreement database and collect required materials, including signed vendor agreements, price lists, and compliance forms.
- Provide cross-functional support for broader Sales Operations initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in business management, sales, or related field; or Associates’ Degree + 2 years of sales support, project management, or applicable experience; or 4 years of applicable experience.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- The ability to collaborate extensively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms. (Microsoft Navision, NetSuite, Elastic, etc.)
- Brand portfolio experience is a plus.
