About the role
- Manage budget, invoicing, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the team PMO for weekly planning meetings and campaign execution processes, manage team calendar and critical scheduling, and execute research & administrative assignments for CMO.
- Manage team OKRs and KPIs and ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Develop and execute an Internal Communications and Internal Events strategy to inform and engage all employees across digital and IRL weekly, monthly, and quarterly rituals, working closely with the CMO, COO, CFO, CGO, CEO, and partners to communicate company vision, priorities, and successes.
- Serve as operational lead at Reveal Global HQ, manage company merch operations, and serve as manager to HQ interns.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Internal Communications or a similar role at a high-velocity tech company, management consulting firm, or startup.
- Proven experience managing OKRs, KPIs, team budgets and invoicing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute an internal communications and events strategy for a growing organization.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting communications for an executive audience.
