About the role

  • Accelerate skill development and support growth: co-create with HR Business Partners and operational teams a structured training offering (catalog, role-based learning paths), identify skill gaps, prioritize initiatives, define simple standards and facilitate on-the-job transfer
  • Simplify and strengthen the training experience in our LMS: manage the calendar, handle enrollments and cohorts, orchestrate communications, perform follow-ups and produce reports that enable fast, informed decisions
  • Support expansion and change adoption: speed up onboarding and support transformation initiatives (e.g., projects, integrations, acquisitions) through learning paths, milestones, templates, storyboards, scripts and train-the-trainer approaches

  • Comfortable with an LMS (administration, courses/learning paths, reporting, user support), ideally Workleap
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with rigorous follow-through
  • Excellent collaboration skills and clear communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and content-creation tools; knowledge of Guidewire is an asset
  • Comfortable working with data (metrics, dashboards, recommendations)
