Inspector

• Promote the expectation that team members will consider the impact of their work/actions on others and make deliberate decisions to act in ways which prevent rework or constraints on the process.
• The Quality Technician is a coach, cheerleader and player on the team.
• Promote systems and processes which enhance the team’s ability to meet customer expectations (NFPA 1901 regulations, Buy/Sell Agreements, UL requirements)
• Act as mediator when needed to clarify customer expectations and provide feedback to manufacturing supervision
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections of completed processes in designated buy/sell areas
• Perform data entry, analysis and sharing/explanation of information
• Generate Quality reports and be able to explain information
• Validate all critical and safety items as required by the Build Book
• Review all deviations, quality alerts, and stop shipments
• Perform audits of new and existing processes
• Writing documents and document control (examples: UL documentation, UL certifications)
• Facilitate/Participate in Root Cause Analysis, Practical Problem Solving, etc.
• Initiate non-conforming material documents for supplier quality issues
• Assist in the execution of activities which promote continuous improvement and protect customers
• Conduct training, information sharing, and orientation sessions
• Lead by example regarding safety and acting in the best interests of the team
• Provide coverage for other technicians as needed (UL and Plant Quality Techs)
• Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager or Smeal Management

Inspector I

General

• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Moves parts, WIP, or finished products and delivers mail packages to the various department or warehouse locations
• Operates various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts.
• Maintains the required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures.
• Drives in various road conditions, small roadways, and highways.
• Ensures work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.
• Ensure all material and inventory remains properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration.

Sales

• The Sales Representative will be responsible for sales growth, market expansion, and go to market strategies for American Emergency Vehicles customers and the dealer network
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with dealers in the designated area to jointly drive account growth and voice of the customer
• Actively support, coach, and enable dealers in developing strategies, bid proposals, and presentations that increase vehicle sales
• Work with dealers to develop market intelligence—understanding local buying cycles, funding sources, and competitive dynamics
• Collaborate with dealers to generate new vehicle sales as territory and economic conditions allow
• Ensure dealer sales volume and company margin objectives are met through joint planning, accountability, and pipeline development

• As a Systems Engineer at E-ONE you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing all aspects of product systems
• Conducts product system and application testing and validation
• Must effectively work with internal and external customers to define systems requirements
• Develop workflows and processes related to engineering data lifecycles including CAD/CAE/PLM/ERP
• May define and administer engineering data vaults and distribution systems
• Must define systems architecture requirements and data models to support applications, integrations, and process workflows
