• Responsible for monitoring defective purchased materials
• Coordinating with suppliers to obtain warranty credits and RMA numbers

• Coordinating with internal teams (Warranty, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Receiving) to ensure proper documentation is completed

• Continuously identify changes, gaps, and inefficiencies in existing processes; provide standardization, simplification, and improvement recommendations.

Entry Level Mechanical Engineer

Accountant

• Processing and allocating incoming receivables in XA/MAPICS.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts including A/R, A/P, general ledgers, etc.
• Assist in preparing and posting monthly journal entries related to daily duties.
• Assist in gathering information for monthly accruals.
• Complete month end close duties in a timely manner.
• Create and Maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports as instructed.
• Collect all outstanding invoices.

• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to identify production issues, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities
• Document required design or process needs/changes originating from manufacturing
• Prepare clear documentation for proposed changes, including: Redlines, markups, and change descriptions
• Support Product Change Notice (PCN) documentation and processes as required
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives.
