About the role

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for high-performance mixed-signal ICs
  • Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineering teams to ensure products meet functional and performance specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues involving analog and digital circuit integration
  • Monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Oversee testing and validation of mixed-signal devices across analog and digital domains
  • Drive debugging and root-cause analysis for yield and functional issues
  • Interface with test engineering to support transition from prototype to volume production
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing yield, reduce variability, and minimize defects
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Optimize test flows, methodologies, and test times to enhance throughput and cost efficiency
  • Work with supply chain and operations to ensure availability of critical materials and logistics
  • Maintain documentation of process flows, testing procedures, validation results, and process changes
  • Track and report key production metrics, yield trends, and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in mixed-signal IC production (Analog and digital circuits)
  • Experience with advanced process nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm or below) preferred
  • Hands-on experience in production and testing of mixed-signal semiconductor devices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in statistical process control and yield analysis
  • Proficient in lab instrumentation and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
