VLSI Design Engineer

Backend Engineer

• Drive and own the backend development flow from RTL to GDSII
• Ramp up the complete RTL-to-GDSII flow and deliver production-ready designs
• Build and manage a local backend design team
• Collaborate with external vendors to scale resources as needed
• Work closely with company various sites
• Establish and execute project plans and schedules
• Manage successful tape-outs and closing processes
• Ensure design quality through STA, IR-drop analysis, and verification
• Integrate complex IP and SoC assembly, including DFT and floorplanning

Backend Lead

Designer

• Develop high end ADC/DAC in advanced processes for optical communication
• Lead analog design of complex systems (PLLs, DACs, ADCs, SerDes) from concept, architecture, specification and design
• Top-level leadership of complex analog blocks and technical guidance to team members

Production Engineer

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for high-performance mixed-signal ICs
• Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineering teams to ensure products meet functional and performance specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues involving analog and digital circuit integration
• Monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Oversee testing and validation of mixed-signal devices across analog and digital domains
• Drive debugging and root-cause analysis for yield and functional issues
• Interface with test engineering to support transition from prototype to volume production
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing yield, reduce variability, and minimize defects
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Optimize test flows, methodologies, and test times to enhance throughput and cost efficiency

Production Engineer – High-Speed Mixed-Signal ICs

Engineer

• For an exciting well-funded start-up, developing leading edge technology of the next generation high speed communication, we are looking for a Senior Verification Engineer to be driving into the complicated RTL design verification activity on various design aspects.
• Responsibilities Plan and perform the verification of digital design blocks according to the design specification and interacting with design engineers. Build verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM. Identify and write all types of coverage measures for corner-cases. Debug the functionality with design engineers. Perform coverage collection and follow the metrices to close the full functionality.

Senior Verification Engineer

QA Engineer

• Execute test plans for high-speed mixed-signal ICs, ensuring performance criteria are met before production release
• Perform automated testing on ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne), focusing on analog and digital signal integrity, functionality, and power measurements
• Monitor the production line for test performance and ensure ICs meet quality standards before shipment
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of test failures; perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve issues and refine test programs for digital and analog components
• Continuously improve test flow to reduce test time, optimize throughput, and participate in yield enhancement activities
• Automate repetitive test tasks and implement new testing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide detailed test reports including yield data, test results, and device performance analysis
• Maintain, calibrate, and validate test equipment including ATE, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators

Production Test Engineer – High-Speed Mixed-Signal ICs

• Develop high end ADC/DAC in advanced process for optical communication.
• Design, development, and verification of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
• Work on top-level/system understanding of complex blocks such as PLLs, DACs, ADCs, SerDes, phase-interpolators, and high-speed timing circuits.
• Work with advanced FinFET or GAA processes and support tape-out/signoff requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to deliver complex IC projects.

Experienced Analog Designer
