About the role
- Support our automotive and OEM clients through outbound prospecting and appointment setting
- Identify and research prospects using CRM systems and LinkedIn
- Engage decision-makers via phone, email and digital channels
- Build confidence in commercial conversations
- Book high-quality appointments for the sales teams
- Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals
Requirements
- A highly motivated, positive individual with a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously improve
- Confidence communicating with people and building rapport
- An interest in sales, technology and the automotive industry
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and keen to develop CRM skills
- Able to balance pace, quality, and consistency in a target-driven role
- Organised, reliable and enthusiastic about owning your development
- No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing support will be provided.
