About the role

  • Support our automotive and OEM clients through outbound prospecting and appointment setting
  • Identify and research prospects using CRM systems and LinkedIn
  • Engage decision-makers via phone, email and digital channels
  • Build confidence in commercial conversations
  • Book high-quality appointments for the sales teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals

Requirements

  • A highly motivated, positive individual with a strong work ethic
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously improve
  • Confidence communicating with people and building rapport
  • An interest in sales, technology and the automotive industry
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools and keen to develop CRM skills
  • Able to balance pace, quality, and consistency in a target-driven role
  • Organised, reliable and enthusiastic about owning your development
  • No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing support will be provided.
