About the role
- Support talent attraction and selection processes
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and technical positions
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Actively source candidates on LinkedIn
- Conduct initial candidate screening and apply filters
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Keep the ATS up to date with process information
- Follow up with candidates and maintain fluid communication
- Create engaging job posting content
- Keep the careers page updated
Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience with ATS tools
- Advanced use of sourcing tools
- Excellent writing and written communication skills
- Availability to work remotely with a distributed LATAM team
- Intermediate English (reading and writing)
- Preferred: experience in tech or fintech companies
- Knowledge of IT recruitment or specialized roles
- Experience with cross-border or international hiring
