About the role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the area of cross-border payments to grow Retorna’s customer base
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the blockchain services industry
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt and improve our product and service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business development initiatives align with the company’s overall objectives
  • Monitor the performance of business development initiatives and prepare reports for senior management, proposing improvements when necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within the cross-border payments sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Deep knowledge of regulations and compliance related to international payments and money transfers
  • Ability to analyze the market and identify business opportunities, as well as to develop strategies that drive company growth
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
