Performance Marketing

• You manage our clients' advertising accounts on Meta and TikTok and serve as the point of contact for all Paid Social matters
• You contribute to the development of results-driven strategies to achieve target goals and define suitable KPIs to monitor them, including ROAS, CAC, CTR and CPC
• Through data analysis you identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and communicate these to other departments or client teams
• Together with client contacts you develop workflows for the continuous production and testing of new creatives and marketing approaches
• You continuously upskill yourself and research and test new channels, formats and approaches to improve marketing performance
• In the medium term you will develop into a team lead role within Paid Media
