About the role

  • Exceed ambitious sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with advertising agencies serving QSR and CPG clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, including media planners, buyers, and account directors.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our CPV video advertising platform, tailoring presentations and proposals to meet the specific objectives and challenges of agency clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the QSR and CPG sectors to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Ad Operations, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of proven success in digital media sales, with a strong emphasis on video advertising.
  • Demonstrable experience selling to advertising agencies, particularly those with QSR and/or CPG clients.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, ad serving, and performance metrics (CPV, CTR, VCR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Existing network of contacts within QSR and CPG-focused advertising agencies.
  • Experience with CPV or performance-based advertising models.
