About the role

  • Responsibility for sales activities across the entire customer lifecycle – from acquisition through account management to growth of existing customers
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, ideally in grocery retail
  • Customer Success Management: ensure successful onboarding and high customer satisfaction
  • Support the rollout of our software at customer sites, including training and guidance during the initial phase
  • Plan, manage and execute projects operationally (both customer-facing and internal)
  • Work closely with the executive team on strategic and operational topics
  • Direct coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize workflows and interfaces
  • Quickly and independently respond to operational challenges in day-to-day business
  • Identify and implement new processes and methods to increase efficiency
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the company and our solutions
  • Interest in marketing topics and support in the execution of sales and marketing projects

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in Sales, Key Account Management or Customer Success
  • Experience in grocery retail (retailer or FMCG) and/or in a software/SaaS environment
  • Existing network and contacts in grocery retail are a plus
  • Strong hands-on mentality and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communicator, persuasive and confident in customer interactions
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel occasionally
