About the role
- Technical sales of plastic pipe systems within the Bavaria sales territory
- Primary technical and commercial advisory to building authorities, municipalities and specialist planners (engineering and architectural firms)
- Subsequent support and consulting for building-materials distributors and construction companies in coordination with regional field sales colleagues
- Support in planning and supervision of construction projects, particularly regarding rainwater management for infrastructure topics
- Development of the sales territory through management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers
- Organization and delivery of technical training as well as company and product presentations of the rainwater management product portfolio
- Participation in trade fairs and customer events together with commercial and technical field sales colleagues
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, degree in civil engineering, certified technician or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in pipeline systems, sewer construction, road construction or drainage
- Sales experience and previous field sales activity desirable
- Willingness to travel within the regional sales territory of Bavaria
- Strong project- and customer-orientation as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- Team spirit, organisational talent, strong communication skills
- Loyalty, reliability, initiative and a structured working style
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ERP experience desirable
- Native-level German
- Conversational English desirable
