Account Manager

• Sales of plastic pipe systems for civil engineering across an extended regional sales territory as a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing existing accounts and project business
• Ongoing development of active sales through management of the customer base and acquisition of new customers on both technical and commercial levels
• Technical and commercial consulting for building authorities, municipalities and specialist planners (engineering firms), as well as building materials distributors and construction companies
• Support in the planning and supervision of civil engineering construction projects
• Continuous market monitoring and providing input for new and special applications
• Conducting training sessions as well as company and product presentations
• Active collaboration with your colleagues in internal and external sales, product management, application engineering, quality management, etc.
• Participation in trade fairs and customer events, possibly also on a cross-regional basis

Outside Sales

• Vertriebsspezialist im Außendienst für Geschäfts- und Schlüsselkunden im Tiefbauhandel, einschließlich proaktiver Vertriebsaufgaben und Management von Lieferantenbeziehungen, Einkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen im Lager- sowie Objektgeschäft
• Projektbezogene Angebotskalkulation, Nachverfolgung und aktive Auftragssicherung
• Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und der Abwicklung von Aufträgen einschließlich evtl. Reklamationen
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung / Standortleitung sowie dem Zentraleinkauf
• Weiterführung eigener Kundenbeziehungen und Aufbau neuer Kunden- und Industriebeziehungen in der Vertriebsregion
• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien sowie Organisation und die Durchführung von Marketing-, Schulungs- und Fachveranstaltungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Sortiments- und Vertriebsstrategie in der Vertriebsregion mit gleichzeitiger Kontrolle der Lagerbestände

Sales

• Verantwortung für den internationalen Vertrieb von Tiefbauprodukten in den vorrangigen Schwerpunktländern UK, Irland, Skandinavien
• Nachhaltige Betreuung, Beratung und Entwicklung internationaler Kunden
• Strategischer Auf- und Ausbau von Händler- und Distributionsnetzwerken
• Aktive Neukundenakquise im (mehrstufigen) internationalen Vertriebssystem
• Angrenzende Betreuung in Europa sowie EMEA Länder im Bedarfsfall
• Durchführung technischer Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen vor Ort
• Unterstützung internationaler Vertriebspartner bei Kundenveranstaltungen
